Two textual matters press here. First, אֵיפָה (eifah) is a dry measure of roughly 22 litres, the standard unit for grain commerce — making it a potent symbol of economic life and the fraudulent trade practices the prophets condemned (cf. Amos 8:5; Mic. 6:10–11). Second, the phrase עֵינָם (einam, "their eye / appearance") in the MT is almost certainly a scribal metathesis of עֲוֹנָם (avonam, "their iniquity"), the reading preserved by the LXX and Peshitta and demanded by the context. F.O.G renders "guilt" to remain close to the likely original with minimal interpretation; F.O.G Message renders "iniquity" to draw out its full covenantal-moral weight.
