The fourfold temporal specification — hour, day, month, year — is not poetic flourish but a statement of absolute divine precision: this release was scheduled to the exact moment in eternity past. ἡτοιμασμένοι is a perfect passive participle — "having been prepared" — meaning their readying was a completed act long before the moment of release. The passive ἐλύθησαν ("were released") continues the divine passive pattern running through the chapter: no agent of destruction operates outside God's sovereign timetable.
