σωτηρία (sōtēria), "salvation/deliverance," is the Greek rendering of the Hebrew yeshu'ah (יְשׁוּעָה) — the very root from which the name Yeshua (Jesus) is drawn. F.O.G retains "yeshu'ah" to make the wordplay audible: the redeemed are declaring that the yeshu'ah — the saving act embodied in the person of Yeshua the Lamb — belongs wholly to Elohim and to the Lamb, not to any earthly power. F.O.G Message renders it "Salvation" for theological clarity. The present tense κράζουσιν ("they cry out") gives the scene a vivid, ongoing quality — this cry is perpetual, not a single moment.
