Two notable choices converge here. First, ἐβασίλευσεν (ebasileusen) is an aorist verb often read ingressively — "has begun to reign" — capturing the moment royal dominion is seized; the F.O.G renders it this way to honour the aorist's punctiliar force. The F.O.G Message renders it as the present declarative "reigns," reflecting a valid alternative that reads the aorist as a prophetic-historic announcement: His reign is now fully and permanently established. Second, παντοκράτωρ (pantokratōr) — literally "Ruler/Holder of all" — is rendered "All-Powerful" in the F.O.G (emphasising sovereign dominion) and "Almighty" in the F.O.G Message (honouring the word's long liturgical tradition from the LXX onward).
