"Har Tziyon" (הַר צִיּוֹן / Ὄρος Σιών) was not merely geographic in Second Temple thought — it was the eschatological gathering place of the redeemed and the dwelling-seat of YHWH (Ps. 48; Isa. 24:23; Heb. 12:22). The name-on-forehead motif directly counters the beast's mark in ch. 13, echoing the high priest's golden diadem inscribed "Holy to YHWH" (Ex. 28:36–38) — God's people are branded as His consecrated priests.
