ὡς ἐσφαγμένην εἰς θάνατον ("as though having been slaughtered to death") uses the identical verb and participle form as the Lamb in Rev 5:6 (ἀρνίον ὡς ἐσφαγμένον). This is the chapter's most deliberate parody: the beast performs a counterfeit death-and-resurrection, mimicking the Lamb's defining act. FOG preserves the participial force of the wound; FOG Message emphasises it as a visible scar — the anti-stigma to the Lamb's wounds — to draw out the typological contrast.
