This verse is syntactically compressed and rhetorically emphatic. *Ha'oyev* ("the enemy") stands in grammatical isolation before its predicate — a deliberate suspension that enacts contempt before delivering the verdict. *Tammu choravot lanetzach* — "ruins forever — they are finished!" — then drops the hammer. The contrast with v.7 is structural and theological: the enemy's ruins are permanent, but YHWH's throne is equally permanent — only one is triumphant. FOG preserves the staccato isolation of "the enemy" as a standalone accusation; FOG Message smooths the syntax into a continuous declaration for emotional momentum.
