*Elyon* (עֶלְיוֹן, Most High) is one of the most ancient divine titles in the Hebrew Bible, appearing at Melchizedek's blessing of Abraham (Gen. 14:18–20) and bearing Canaanite cognates (*El Elyon*). The conclusion "over all the earth" (*al kol ha-aretz*) reveals that the psalm's fierce imprecation was never merely tribal: the goal is the universal recognition of YHWH's name — making this one of the most missionally universalistic endings in the entire Psalter. Enemy defeat is the means; the global revelation of the Name is the end. FOG preserves the stark Hebrew apposition; FOG Message restructures to the natural relative clause "whose name is Yahweh."
