*Tamshilehu* (you cause him to rule/have dominion) directly echoes the royal mandate of Gen. 1:28, casting humanity as a vassal-king appointed over creation — vice-regent of YHWH over the whole created order. *Kol shattah takhat raglav* (all things placed beneath his feet) is conquest language: the posture of an enthroned king with enemies prostrate before him (cf. Ps. 110:1). The New Testament applies this verse explicitly to the risen Messiah (1 Cor. 15:27; Eph. 1:22; Heb. 2:8), where the *all things* not yet visibly subject to Adam is seen as awaiting its fulfilment in the enthroned Yeshua/Jesus — the true Image-Bearer who does what Adam could not.
