*Zeh Sînay* — literally "this one, even Sinai" — is grammatically arresting and likely intentional. It functions as an appositional clause identifying YHWH-Elohim as the one who manifested at Sinai, or possibly treating "Sinai" itself as a divine epithet ("the Sinai-One"). The phrase is nearly identical to Judg. 5:5 (the Song of Deborah), one of the oldest poems in the Hebrew Bible, anchoring Psalm 68 in Israel's most ancient poetic traditions. The theophany language — earth quaking, skies dripping — deliberately merges Sinai and Zion into a single divine event. FOG preserves the grammatical ambiguity with "this One, even Sinai"; FOG Message reads it appositionally as "the God of Sinai" for clarity. *Shāmayim* is rendered "skies" in FOG (its concrete cosmological referent) and "heavens" in FOG Message (carrying theological transcendence).
