Dawid is not impugning his mother's morality or instituting a theology of sinful sexuality. The verb *cholalti* (I was brought to birth, from *chul*, to writhe in labour) and *yechamtani* (she conceived me, from *chamam*, to be warm with desire) point to the entire human condition entering the world already embedded in a broken relational order. This verse grounds the need for radical divine re-creation in verse 10 rather than mere moral reform — if the condition is structural and inherited, only a new *bara* (creative act of God) can address it. FOG uses 'brought to birth' to preserve the birthing imagery of *cholalti*; FOG Message uses 'brought forth into a condition of' to make the theological point clear without caricaturing the verse.
