נִשְׁמַת רוּחַ אַפֶּךָ (nishmat ruaḥ appekha) — 'the breath/blast of the wind of Your nostrils' — deliberately echoes Genesis 2:7, where YHWH breathes the נִשְׁמַת חַיִּים (nishmat ḥayyim), the 'breath of life,' into Adam. The same breath that animated humanity now unmakes the sea, exposing creation's deep foundations. The creative breath becomes the weapon of the Divine Warrior — what built now undoes. FOG preserves 'nostrils' in its literal anatomical force; FOG Message adds 'roaring' to capture the storm-scale intensity of the image.
