Even when their own father, mother, brother, or sister dies, they may not make themselves ceremonially unclean, because the crown of their consecration to God is on their head.
He shall not defile himself even for his father, his mother, his brother, or his sister when they die, because the consecration-crown of his Elohim is upon his head.
He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head.
Even if his father or mother or brother or sister should die, he is not to defile himself, because the symbol of consecration to his God is upon his head.
