When he makes her drink the water, if she has defiled herself and been unfaithful to her husband, the curse-bringing water will enter her and work its bitter work — her womb will swell and her thigh will waste away — and she will become a curse among her people.
And when he has made her drink the water, if she has defiled herself and acted in breach of faith against her husband, the curse-laden waters shall enter into her and become bitter — her belly shall swell and her thigh shall waste away — and the woman shall become a curse among her people.
And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
