The Hebrew *tsava* ("service-host") is the standard word for a military army. Its application to Levitical ministry is deliberate: caring for the Mishkan is framed as sacred warfare, not domestic administration. FOG renders "service-host" to retain the martial flavour; FOG Message uses "active service" to convey the same intensity in accessible English.
