It is Jean Paul's lifelong work, unfolding in public — and you're invited in.

He works from a personal encounter with Jesus first, then draws on the scholarship of respected Jewish and Christian scholars — because the church was Jewish before it was anything else, and those roots change everything about how you read Scripture.

The oath before the *kohanim* (priests) elevates this agreement from a social compact to a covenantal act sealed before YHWH. In ancient Israel, priests were custodians of oaths and covenant-ceremony (cf. Num. 5; Deut. 17:9), their presence lending the promise binding, sacred force. The reform is simultaneously economic, political, and liturgical. FOG retains 'kohanim' to honour the priestly title in its Hebrew register; FOG Message uses 'priests' with 'solemn oath' to communicate the gravity of the moment.
