Your Certificate is earned by finishing the Cover-to-Cover Bible Challenge — reading every chapter of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation. When you reach the last page, your certificate is generated automatically. Members receive it digitally; patrons will have it mailed to their door.

What is the leaderboard and can I turn it off?

The leaderboard lets you compare XP progress with friends and fellow members — a little friendly accountability for those who want it. If you'd rather keep your journey personal, you can turn it off entirely in your profile settings. Either way, your ranks and XP are yours regardless.

The final phrase is among the most disputed in Nehemiah: the Hebrew *ʾîš šilḥô hammāyim* resists clean translation. *Šilḥô* may be a form of *šelaḥ* (weapon) or of *šālaḥ* (to send/release), and *hammāyim* (the water) may indicate a water source visited for basic needs. Most likely the sense is: "each man [kept] his weapon—even at/for the water," i.e., even going to fetch water they remained armed. Some read it as "each man sent [only] for water" (the sole break taken). FOG renders "even at the water" to preserve the ambiguity; FOG Message uses "even when going to the water" to clarify the most probable meaning: the guards were armed even during the most mundane moments of daily survival.
