Yahweh has done exactly what He planned; He has fulfilled the word He decreed from days long past; He has demolished without mercy; He has let the enemy gloat over you and lifted high the power of your foes.
YHWH has done what He purposed; He has carried out His decree which He ordained from ancient days; He has torn down without pity; He has made the enemy rejoice over you; He has exalted the horn of your adversaries.
