Nine hundred iron chariots represented the most overwhelming military technology of the era, effectively invincible against foot soldiers on open ground. The verb *lachatz* ('crushed/oppressed') is the same root used of Egyptian bondage in Exodus, and the *tza'aqah* ('cry out') deliberately echoes Israel's cry from Mitzrayim (Ex. 2:23)—signalling that another Exodus-type deliverance is imminent. FOG preserves the stark factual weight; FOG Message makes the oppression viscerally physical.
