All of Israel—elders, officials, and judges—stood on both sides of the Ark, facing the Levitical priests carrying the Ark of the Covenant of Yahweh. Foreigner and native-born stood together—half facing Mount Gerizim, half facing Mount Ebal—exactly as Moses, the servant of Yahweh, had commanded when he first gave the blessing for God's people.
All Yisra'el—their elders, officers, and judges—stood on both sides of the Ark, facing the Levitical priests who bore the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH: the stranger and the native-born alike—half facing Har Gerizim and half facing Har Eval—just as Moshe, the servant of YHWH, had commanded to bless the people of Yisra'el at the first.
And all Israel, and their elders, and officers, and their judges, stood on this side the ark and on that side before the priests the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, as well the stranger, as he that was born among them; half of them over against mount Gerizim, and half of them over against mount Ebal; as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded before, that they should bless the people of Israel.
All Israel, foreigners and citizens alike, with their elders, officers, and judges, stood on both sides of the ark of the covenant of the LORD facing the Levitical priests who carried it. Half of the people stood in front of Mount Gerizim and half of them in front of Mount Ebal, as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded earlier, to bless the people of Israel.
