ἕως ἄρτι (heōs arti) — "until now" or "even now" — asserts the Father's continuous, unbroken activity since creation. In Second Temple thought, God's Sabbath rest did not mean cessation of providential work. By invoking this and claiming to share it, Yeshua places Himself inside the divine working — which is precisely what escalates the conflict in v.18. The FOG renders "until now" to preserve the temporal thrust; the FOG Message uses "even now" to emphasise the ongoing present reality.
