Isaiah 53:1 (v.38): John explicitly quotes Isaiah 53:1 LXX, the opening of the fourth Servant Song. The arm of YHWH (zeroa YHWH) is the power of divine redemption active in history (cf. Ex. 6:6; Deut. 5:15). That John deploys this here—at the moment of mass unbelief—signals that the passion narrative beginning in chapter 13 is the unfolding of the Servant's suffering. Both versions render kurios as the divine name (YHWH/Yahweh) rather than "the Lord," since this is a direct citation of the Tetragrammaton in the Hebrew source.
