YHWH's possessives — "My vine," "My fig tree" — are theologically charged: the vine and fig tree are covenant symbols of Israel's peace and prosperity (cf. 1 Kings 4:25; Micah 4:4). לִקְצָפָה means "to splinters/chips" — violent fracture, not mere withering. הִלְבִּינוּ שָׂרִיגֶיהָ ("their branches have gone white") likely depicts stripped bark exposing the pale wood beneath — the tree's skeleton laid bare.
