Translations
This alone would be my comfort — to writhe in agony without being spared, knowing I have not denied the words of the Holy One.
This would still be my consolation — I would writhe without pity, for I have not suppressed the words of the Holy One.
Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed the words of the Holy One.
It still brings me comfort, and joy through unrelenting pain, that I have not denied the words of the Holy One.
