*Dud nafuach* (כְּדוּד נָפוּחַ) — 'a blown/stoked pot' — the *nafuach* root means to blow, as in blowing on coals to intensify fire, or blowing into the nostrils to give life (Genesis 2:7). The image of smoke from the nostrils evokes a dragon but also an enraged warrior (2 Samuel 22:9: 'Smoke went up from His nostrils, consuming fire from His mouth'). The description of YHWH's own wrath in the Psalms uses nearly identical language — another layer in the creature-as-reflection-of-Creator's-power theme. *Agmon* (אַגְמֹן) here likely refers to burning rushes or reeds used as fuel. FOG preserves the 'seething' quality; FOG Message makes the steam/pot image vivid.
