The closing phrase employs a feminine possessive: the land is hers. This is consistent throughout the prophets with the image of Israel as bride and YHWH as husband, and the land as her inheritance (cf. Jer. 2–3; Hos. 2). Exile is therefore not merely geographical displacement but covenantal estrangement — separation from the Husband-God and the home He gave. FOG preserves the formal restraint of the Hebrew; FOG Message heightens the pathos with 'torn from her land.'
