Because you burned incense, because you sinned against Yahweh, because you refused to obey His voice, to walk in His law and His statutes and His decrees—that is precisely why this disaster has come upon you, exactly as you see it today.
Because you offered incense and sinned against YHWH, and did not obey the voice of YHWH, and did not walk in His Torah, in His statutes, and in His testimonies—that is why this calamity has overtaken you, as it is to this day.
Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as at this day.
