At that time this verdict will be spoken over this people and over Jerusalem: "A searing wind sweeps down from the barren heights of the desert toward My dear people—not a gentle breeze for winnowing grain, not a cooling wind for cleansing—"
At that time it will be said to this people and to Yerushalayim: "A scorching wind from the bare heights in the wilderness—on the way toward Bat-Ammi—not for winnowing, not for cleansing."
At that time shall it be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A dry wind of the high places in the wilderness toward the daughter of my people, not to fan, nor to cleanse,
