Yirmeyahu begins his prayer not in theological composure but in bewilderment straining toward trust. The phrase *lō' yippālē' mimĕkā dābār* (nothing is too wonderful for You) uses the root *pālā'* (פָּלָא)—the same root behind *Pele'* ("Wonderful") in Isaiah 9:6. This is not merely a claim that God is capable; it places His acts in the category of the *marvellous*, the beyond-ordinary. FOG renders "wonderful" to preserve this nuance and to create the verbal echo with verse 27; FOG Message uses "too hard" to communicate omnipotence plainly to modern ears, with the doxological sweep of the prayer carrying the awe.
