The phrase 'rising early and warning' (*hashkem va'ed*) is a distinctively Jeremianic idiom for YHWH's tireless, urgent communication (cf. Jer. 7:13, 25; 25:3; 26:5). The image is of a landowner rising before dawn to instruct his household before the day's work begins—YHWH as relentless covenant-keeper, not an absent deity. FOG preserves the idiom's physical vividness; FOG Message renders the urgency through repetition ('again and again') and the word 'persistently.'
