Zero'a tif'arto (זְרֹועַ תִּפְאַרְתֹּו), 'His glorious arm,' is a signature image of divine power throughout Isaiah (cf. 40:10; 51:9; 52:10; 53:1) — the arm that split the sea at the Exodus is the same arm that will accomplish final redemption.
