Translations
If you stop trampling My holy day underfoot—refusing to chase your own pleasures on the Sabbath—and instead call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of Yahweh truly honorable; if you honor it by setting aside your own agenda, your selfish pursuits, and your idle chatter,
If you turn back your foot from the Shabbat—from pursuing your own desires on My holy day—and call the Shabbat a delight and the holy one of YHWH honourable; if you honour it by not going your own ways, not seeking your own pleasure, or speaking mere words,
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
If you turn your foot from breaking the Sabbath, from doing as you please on My holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight, and the LORD’s holy day honorable, if you honor it by not going your own way or seeking your own pleasure or speaking idle words,
