The Servant's address opens outward to the distant coastlands (*iyyim*) and peoples (*le'ummim*), signalling a commission that exceeds Israel's borders from the very first line. *Mibbeten* ("from the womb") and *mimme'ei immi* ("from my mother's entrails/belly") are two compounding phrases of pre-natal vocation — the Servant's calling is not achieved but given, not earned but named. The same womb-calling appears in Jeremiah 1:5 and, in the New Testament, of Yeshua/Jesus and Yochanan/John the Baptist (Luke 1:15, 31). FOG preserves the bodily concreteness of *me'im* (belly/bowels); FOG Message leads with the theological wonder of divine naming before birth.
