The tone is biting sarcasm — YHWH's taunt at full pitch. *Ulai* ('perhaps') repeated twice is the verbal equivalent of a shrug: perhaps, just maybe, all that accumulated magical knowledge will accomplish something this time. *Ta'arotsi* ('you may inspire terror/cause trembling') alludes to the fear-weapon of empire — Babylon's dominance rested partly on psychological intimidation. Now even that is mocked. 'Since your youth' (*mine'ureikh*) reveals that sorcery was not a last resort but Babylon's foundational trust from the start. FOG preserves the formal ironic register; FOG Message makes the sarcasm more colloquial and caustic.
