For this is what Yahweh says — He who created the heavens is God! — who formed and fashioned the earth, who established it firmly; He did not create it as a wasteland but shaped it to be a home: 'I am Yahweh, and there is no other.'
For thus says YHWH — He who created the skies is Elohim! — who formed the earth and made it, who established it; not as a chaos did He create it but to be inhabited did He form it: 'I am YHWH, and there is none else.'
