The Hebrew *mashber* (birth-stool; the critical moment of delivery) captures a situation of maximum crisis at which human capacity has run out entirely. Hizkiyahu's idiom confesses that the catastrophe has fully arrived but that rescue lies utterly beyond human reach—a theologically loaded posture of dependence before God. The word *tserach* (rebuke/correction) may also carry the sense of divine discipline woven into the crisis itself. FOG preserves the physical rawness of the birth-imagery; FOG Message draws out its emotional weight as a frank confession of absolute helplessness.
