נְזָמִים (nezamim) can denote nose-rings or earrings — both were common in the ancient Near East and frequently worn as cultic amulets with protective or religious significance; their burial alongside the idols implies they too were considered idolatrous. אֵלָה (elah) is specifically a terebinth — a large spreading evergreen — distinct from the אַלּוֹן (allon, oak) of v.8; the LXX conflates the two trees, but the Hebrew carefully distinguishes them.
