Abraham looked up and there — caught in a thicket by its horns — was a ram. He went over, took the ram, and offered it up as a burnt offering in the place of his son.
Avraham lifted his eyes and looked — and there, behind him, a ram was caught in a thicket by its horns. Avraham went, took the ram, and offered it up as an ascending-offering in place of his son.
And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.
Then Abraham looked up and saw behind him a ram in a thicket, caught by its horns. So he went and took the ram and offered it as a burnt offering in place of his son.
