The Aramaic *Achmetha* preserves the Old Persian *Hagmatāna* ('place of assembly'), known in Greek as Ekbatana — the summer capital of the Median Empire, later a Persian royal residence. FOG retains the Aramaic form; FOG Message uses the more familiar Greek/English form Ecbatana. The scroll's location is theologically loaded: the decree was not lost or suppressed but safely preserved in the empire's own archives, awaiting the moment of God's choosing.
