The deliberate absence of *ruach* at this stage is theologically crucial: physical reconstitution alone is not resurrection. A body without breath is still a corpse. The two-stage structure warns against any theology that equates national return with mere political or territorial restoration. The *ruach* must come as a second, distinct divine act — a pattern the New Covenant will intensify (John 3:5; Ezek. 36:27).
