When one man's ox injures his neighbor's ox and it dies, they shall sell the living ox and split the proceeds, and divide the dead one equally between them.
When one man's ox injures his neighbour's ox so that it dies, they shall sell the live ox and divide the proceeds, and the dead ox they shall also divide between them.
And if one man's ox hurt another's, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.
