And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?
As he drew near to the den, he called out to Daniyyel with a voice full of anguish. The king cried: "Daniyyel! Servant of the living Elah — has your Elah, Whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?"
As he came close to the den, he called out to Daniel in a voice full of anguish: "Daniel! Servant of the living God — has your God, whom you serve so faithfully, actually been able to rescue you from the lions?"
When he reached the den, he cried out in a voice of anguish, “O Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”
