βραβευέτω is an athletic term meaning to act as judge or umpire in a competition — to adjudicate between competing claims. When conflicting impulses contend within you, the Messiah's shalom is to be the final arbitrator. F.O.G retains "shalom" to honour the Hebraic concept — wholeness, harmony, well-being, far richer than mere absence of conflict — and "rule" for the more familiar reading; F.O.G Message uses "peace" and "umpire" for the competitive nuance.
