Footnotes
The triad ἑορτή (festival) / νεομηνία (new moon) / σάββατα (Sabbaths) is a recognisable liturgical sequence from the Hebrew Scriptures (1 Chronicles 23:31; 2 Chronicles 31:3; Nehemiah 10:33), signalling the full sweep of the Jewish sacred calendar. FOG retains "Shabbatot" to preserve the Jewish liturgical register; FOG Message uses "Sabbaths" for accessibility. Paul's point is not that these observances are wrong, but that no one may use them as grounds for judging others.
