This is Isaiah 53:7 (LXX), from the fourth Servant Song (Isa. 52:13–53:12). The eunuch's question in v.34 reflects genuine Second Temple diversity: this passage was variously interpreted as referring to Israel collectively, to Isaiah himself, or to a future individual. Philip's answer — proclaiming Yeshua/Jesus — represents the earliest datable Christian exegesis of the Servant Songs, and pronouns are capitalised in both versions accordingly.
