ἡμέρας τῶν ἀζύμων — "days of the unleavened [bread]" — is the Torah-rooted Passover week festival (Lev. 23:6). F.O.G uses the Hebrew name "Days of Matzot" to preserve the Jewish liturgical calendar Paul still observed; FOG Message uses the familiar Christian title "Festival of Unleavened Bread." The five-day crossing (cf. two days in Acts 16:11–12 with a favourable wind) suggests difficult sailing conditions.
