For the second time in the chapter (cf. v18), Priscilla is named before her husband Aquila—a deliberate reversal of ancient convention that Luke repeats consistently in teaching contexts involving this couple (see also Rom 16:3; 2 Tim 4:19), most likely reflecting Priscilla's leading role as instructor. The verb ἐξέθεντο (exethento, "expounded/set forth") denotes a careful, systematic exposition rather than a casual correction—this was serious theological instruction delivered with precision. The adverb ἀκριβέστερον can mean both "more accurately" and "more fully/completely"; the FOG emphasises precision of content; the FOG Message emphasises the fuller scope of what was conveyed—both renderings are defensible.
