*Minogah mimatar deshe me'aretz* — 'from brightness, from rain, grass from the earth' — the image compresses two weather moments: the blazing light that follows a storm and the eruption of fresh growth from the soil. The righteous ruler of v. 3 becomes the source of life and clarity beneath which his people flourish, anticipating the Messianic king under whom creation itself thrives (cf. Ps. 72:6–7; Isa. 11:1–9). FOG preserves the sequential Hebrew imagery; FOG Message distils it into a single luminous picture.
