The word rendered 'faithfulness/integrity' is *be'emunah*—from the root *aman*, the very root of 'amen.' It conveys not merely personal honesty but covenantal trustworthiness: being the kind of person on whom others can lean. The same root describes YHWH's own character (Deut. 7:9). To say the workers deal *be'emunah* is to say their conduct reflects the divine attribute of covenant reliability. FOG renders it 'faithfulness' to preserve the theological root; FOG Message uses 'integrity' to emphasise its moral character in context.
