The explicit naming of wives, sons, daughters, and little ones (*tapam, nasheihem, bnoteihem*) as registered participants — not merely dependents — is significant: women and children are counted within the covenant community, sharing in both the consecration and its provisions. *Be'emunah yitkadshu bakodesh* — "they consecrated themselves faithfully in holiness" — is the third appearance of *be'emunah* in this chapter, forming a deliberate triad: administrative faithfulness (v. 12), distributive faithfulness (v. 15), and personal consecration faithfully lived (v. 18).
